I am an Integrative therapist committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and empowering.

My approach is grounded in the belief that no single method fits everyone, which is why I draw from a range of therapeutic models - including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies - to create a personalised experience that fits you.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be fully heard, understood, and supported.

I work with adults from all walks of life and welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our backgrounds and social context play a big part in understanding ourselves, and as such my practise is anti racist, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming, non ableist and anti oppressive.

As well as this, I believe in not censoring yourself, so humour and colourful language are welcome in our sessions in order to build authenticity, realness and safety.

I specialise in working with autism & ADHD in adults. I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience to this area, and am passionate about creating a therapy experience that respects and celebrates neurodiversity.

If you’re looking to build a deeper understanding of yourself, build confidence, or explore new ways of living with more balance, I’m here to support you on your journey toward self-discovery, growth, and positive change.

Neurodivergence

ADHD & Autism in Adults

Living with neurodivergence as an adult can come with unique challenges. Whether you’ve had a diagnosis for years or are just beginning to explore what neurodivergence means for you, I can offer a supportive space to understand yourself more deeply and move toward the life you want.
As a neurodivergent person myself, I can offer a perspective that truly sees and understands this difference, and work with it, not against it!

You may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to fit into systems that weren’t built with you in mind. Together, we can explore and unpick what is happening beneath the surface, whether that’s anxiety, burnout, masking, sensory sensitivities, or difficulty with routines and relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to your needs.

You don’t need to change who you are to feel more at peace. In our work, we’ll focus on building practical tools for everyday life, nurturing self-acceptance, and celebrating difference! This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are: no pressure, no judgment, just curiosity and care

My primary experience is ADHD & Autism, though those with dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia have also found this work beneficial.

Client Feedback

"Molly has been very attentive, understanding and insightful throughout my therapy journey. She has helped me uncover a lot regarding my neurodivergence, social anxiety, self-esteem, procrastination, romantic and family relationships. Molly is also very friendly and kind and has always supported me in exploring whatever I wanted to. Since this was my first time having therapy, I was initially rather cautious about her approach of just talking without much planning, but it has worked great for me."
"Molly has helped me greatly with my anxiety. She is very experienced and professional."
"Molly has been incredible in guiding me through some tough times, and I can really feel the positive changes. There has also been a lot of lessons and realisations that I will always keep close to my heart."
"Molly is great to talk to, she’s a great listener and enables understanding on each side."
"Molly has been great to listen to me, to help me understand what i’m feeling and to give me new perspectives on things! very helpful for starting to go through a neurodivergence diagnosis process and for also providing help with relationship issues. would recommend her to anyone going through similar issues!"
