Adult Counseling and Psychotherapy in Chiswick

Do you feel anxious or down a lot of the time? Maybe your mind never seems to switch off, you're constantly overthinking, or everyday life seems more exhausting for you than for everyone else.

Anxiety and stress can show up in lots of different ways. It might be constant worrying, overthinking conversations, difficulty making decisions, fear of getting things wrong, or just feeling like your brain never gets a chance to rest.

Maybe you've become very good at holding everything together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed underneath.

Or maybe you've recently discovered that you have ADHD or autism, and suddenly you're looking back at your life through a completely different lens.

I'm an integrative therapist, which means I believe therapy should be tailored to your experience. You're the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you to understand what you're experiencing and what you need. I want therapy to feel like somewhere you can be yourself, including the parts of yourself that you might normally hide or feel you need to explain.

I encourage authenticity, jokes, swearing, or whatever makes the space feel real to you.

You don't need to arrive with everything worked out. You don't even need to know exactly what's wrong. We can start wherever you are and work it out together.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, overwhelm, relationships or a general feeling that something needs to change, therapy can give you the time and space to understand what's going on.

You don't have to have a reason that sounds "bad enough" or be in crisis to come to therapy. Thinking "I don't want to keep feeling like this" is enough.

If any of this resonates, please get in touch! We can have a conversation about what you're looking for and see whether I might be the right therapist for you. I offer a 20 minute introductory call, free of charge over zoom to help you decide if this is right for you.

I work both online and in-person in Chiswick, West London.
